Our company has been building luxury custom homes in South Florida for more than twenty-seven years and is now expanding into the Bahamas. Our intention is to provide a full service approach to build a "turn key" home for anyone from anywhere in the United States.

We believe a "team" consisting of professionals, based both in Florida and in the Bahamas, will best serve the interest of Americans building in the Bahamas. We have assembled just such a team consisting of an architect, interior design firm, landscape architect and shell contractor, all Palm Beach County based professionals with extensive experience in the Caribbean. The architect and shell contractor are also licensed in the Bahamas. Another member of the team is a local contractor based in the Abacos of the Bahamas.

Currently we are building a home on the private island of Scotland Cay in the Abacos. Scotland Cay is located between Guana Cay and Man-of-War Cay. The home features two master suites with separate guest quarters. The lavishly furnished residence, when completed will be reminiscent of tropical British Colonial architecture.

The British Colonial influence can be seen in such details as window shutters, large balconies, and outdoor living areas. The ingenious landscape design is combined with the insouciance of the British Colonial style decorating to integrate the spectacular view of the ocean. Every room has its own distinct character such as ceiling details, flooring materials, luxurious millwork and exquisite finishes. The interiors echo the architecture and detailing of the exterior.

The home comes complete with a 95,000 gallon cistern, generator housed in its own building, a boathouse with dock and sand beach and golf cart garage plus storage.
