That is what happened recently to the one we built in St. Andrews County Club in 1987 for my good friend, Bernie Spector. He was the first to encourage me to begin building in St. Andrews Country Club. In the 1990’s, Hasey Properties (my brother and I) developed the Lake Estates section in St. Andrews, which consisted of forty-eight lots averaging over $400,000 per lot. This very successful development’s sales at completion were approximately $90,000,000.
