As we enter our thirtieth year, we continue to expand our horizons. Bloomfield does not limit itself or its homeowners to just one architectural firm. Nor is Bloomfield limited to one geographical area.

We began building homes in Boca Bath & Tennis Club in 1982. Since then we have built luxurious custom homes in over twenty-five communities in Broward, Collier and Palm Beach Counties.

Bloomfield currently has projects under construction throughout Palm Beach County from Boca Raton to Jupiter.

In Palm Beach Gardens, this month Bloomfield announced that it is purchasing the remaining Custom Homesites in the golf community of Frenchman's Reserve. Bloomfield has already built 27 of the existing 38 Custom Homes; averaging 6,700 square feet of air conditioned space; and, now has the remaining ten homesites to build out. Thirty percent of our Custom Homeowners had already lived in Frenchman's Reserve. We have been fortunate that so many existing residents have selected Bloomfield to build their Custom Home. Bloomfield offers nine different models ranging from 4,200 square feet to over 7,600 square feet and will build any Custom Home a Buyer wishes.

In Jupiter, Bloomfield has waterfront projects underway at Pennock Point and Paradise Point on the Intracoastal.

As Palm Beach County nears its own build-out, renovations/additions to existing homes will become more prevalent. For example, at Pennock Point we are renovating a 9,000 square foot home as well as adding another 6,000 square feet at the homesite.

Bloomfield is currently seeking additional homesites in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club.
